Positive: Great location. Comfortable beds. Owners very accommodating.

Negative: No coffee until 7:30 am. We are early risers and enjoy coffee first thing. We felt bad leaving to go get coffee in fear we might wake another guest.

Positive: Katy’s is a beautiful old home . It has been well taken care of and updated. The hosts, John and Joan are so helpful and exceptional breakfast cooks. We have never had a better breakfast at a B and B. They were flexible when we had to leave early and made a lovely breakfast early for us. The outdoor space is great in this home. The fire pit, the gazebo, and the huge decks are really fantastic. We would not hesitate to come back. Thanks Joan and John!

Positive: The Breakfast at Katy's Inn is totally awesome. A two course served meal mainly with ingredients sourced from the local area. The location was ideal as it is within close driving distance to the Tulip fields and withiin two blocks walking distance of downtown LaConner.

Negative: No real complaints. Wasnt expecting a Victorian House built in 1885 but was tastefully maintained and the character was kept throughout. Fabulous hosts who attended to our every need .

Summary: Wonderful stay. Highly recommend to anyone goin to LaConner for a visit.

Positive: The innkeepers are so nice and very friendly. They had all of the information we needed about the area. The breakfasts we enjoyed there were outstanding and provided a great start to our days. The location is perfect for walking into town.

Positive: We had an amazing stay with Joan and John. Wow! the hosts are fantastic and made us feel like family. The inn is very old and well appointed. I cannot say enough about the breakfast. Gourmet, farm to table and plentiful! We were always looking for cookies and we made sure we had some for our night cap. Our expectations were vastly exceeded and this experience is what a bed and breakfast is all about. Culminating with a glass of wine with John, Joan and the neighbors around the fire pit. We really miss our new family already….

Summary: incredible experience!! fantastic Victorian town and one of the best B and B experiences to be had.
