Positive: We stayed for 4 nights at Kaya Palazzo in the Lagoon suits, and it was an amazing experience. The check-in process was smooth, and the staff were very welcoming and professional. The Lagoon rooms are beautiful, spacious, and give a sense of privacy with direct access to the pool – definitely a highlight of our stay. The hotel itself is luxurious and well-maintained, with plenty of facilities and activities. The food was excellent with a wide variety of choices, and the service was always attentive. We especially loved the atmosphere in the Lagoon area, which felt calm and exclusive. Overall, Kaya Palazzo exceeded our expectations, and we truly enjoyed every moment of our stay. Highly recommended for anyone looking for comfort, luxury, and a relaxing vacation.
Negative: only small issue we faced was with the shower, as water was escaping outside underneath door to whole bathroom,The staff tried to fix it,,and aside from that everything was perfect.but forsure deserve to try again and again.

Positive: Beautiful hotel, excellent facilities, helpful staff, mainly Dilyara and Alena. Food was delicious, lagoon villas are wonderful and heated pool was a bonus.
Negative: Lobby bar bartender, rude and disrespectful person, hope he does not misbehave with anyone anymore.
