Positive: Fantastic property. Did not disappoint. Spectacular location. Very well furnished and equipped, plus very clean and well maintained. Property as described and if anything even better than the description. Given it was tail end of winter, we didn't use some of the facilities, but nevertheless was still gret watching sunset over the bay, and local birdlife.

Negative: Nothing. Would stay again without hesitation.

Summary: Lovely property in great location on the shore. Highly recommended.

Positive: The on the pond location adjacent ocean beaches was ideal. Lots of space and decks to enjoy the beach breeze. We used the two kayaks (one being a two-seater) a lot.

Negative: Supplying towels would be ideal.

Summary: A very comfortable house with a fantastic view.

Positive: Spectacular views! Location to beach outstanding. Kayaks a plus for us as we're a family that likes to be on the water. Canoe would have been used too if we had paddles. Master bedroom has stunning views for the gorgeous sunsets. We kayaked to edge of the pond near ocean and found a short path to the beach. That was exciting. The house is beautifully and tastefully decorated. Nice to have bath products and cleaning supplies stocked. Had so much fun here and some delicious meals grilled on the barbeque. Would come again.

Negative: Kitchen very small with no real counter top space to prepare meals. Sink way too small. Bedroom on middle level has a terrible mattress that almost hits the floor. Two people in that bed roll together in the middle like they are in a hotdog bun.

Summary: Exquisite views and master suite the best ever. Kayaks a real plus for our family.
