- Dogs are not allowed on furniture or beds. Extra fees will incur if hair is found on furniture or bedding.
- Pick up after pets, fines of $25 up to $200 will be charged if pet waste is not picked up.
- DO NOT leave dogs unattended under any circumstances
- Dogs must remain leashed, tethered, or confined at all times unless outside of gate by the lake.

Summary: Listing was not 100% accurate as there was no hot tub and the ac had multiple issues. The manager was always very responsive and help get the ac back running. I’d still give a 4 stare review solo on how the manager was very easy to reach and help sort out all issues in a timely manner

Summary: Loved being able to get away and have a place to relax before getting back to school routines. The use of the kayak and paddle board, as well as the hammock and fire pit were major sellers for us!

Summary: My husband, 2 kids, dog and I stayed here very comfortably. The outdoor spaces were fantastic and beds were very comfy. Everything we needed was here and we thoroughly enjoyed our quiet time to rest, see the beautiful views, enjoy walks to the lake (even though it's low), and listen to the rain on the metal roof. We would definitely stay here again and again!

Summary: We really enjoyed this place. It is so unique an cool for a Vacation rental house. The views of the lake are great to take in while grilling with friends. We also enjoyed hiking trails around the lake and the property. The highlight was our adventure on kayaks when we went for about 2-3 miles down the lake. Will definitely be back in the winter time to enjoy the indoor and outdoor fire places!

Summary: We enjoyed our time here immensely. Was the perfect getaway. The house had everything we needed and Skip made the process simple. We were not able to get the TV to work, but found this a blessing. I would not advise anyone with physical disabilities or mobility issues to use the lake house at this time. Due to low lake levels it is further to get to the lake with uneven ground. We enjoyed our hikes to and from the lake and felt it was good exercise. There are a couple spots of rebar sticking out in the ground, just wise to watch where u step, but could be detrimental if someone fell onto it.
