Summary: Wow… this was a great villa retreat.. on the rice fields with beautiful pool and relaxing environment… plus great service… it was 2 hours from the airport!! But it was special. Grab picks up so transport was good, but 15 minutes to the nearest town…

Summary: This was the first place l stayed at during my first visit to Bali. Loved the quiet and peaceful surroundings, with stunning views of the rice fields. Great feeling to wake up to the sounds of the birds chirping. The villa itself was spacious, with beautiful furnishings. Staff were gracious and accommodating. Will definitely be coming back on my next visit.

Summary: If you’re looking for some peace and calm, this is the place to be. Surrounded by rice paddocks and a sweet community of village life, Kayangan offers tranquility from the usual hustle and bustle of our modern lives. Commute to downtown Ubud is 20 mins via scooter. You will need taxi service that can be arranged by the villa alternatively you can use Grab or Gojek which i did for commuting. The staff are amazing at the villa and accommodate your needs. They even have massage services that come to your villa for extra perks! Highly recommended if you wish to escape to the country side and love your afternoon walks.

Summary: Remote and beautiful. To really appreciate the surroundings you need a scooter or other transportation. There are a few restaurants within a 5 to 10 minute walk, but it is still quite rural.

Summary: Loved our stay here and wished we’d planned to be there longer. Staff was amazing and the views were incredible. We had the floating breakfast while we were there and it was amazing. The pool villa was well worth the price!
