Summary: We were here 14th to 29th March 2020 in the midst of the COVID-19 outbreak. I could not of found a better place to isolate. Arno is a great host, the property is exactly as described, the location is quiet and easy to find. First ever trip to the Seychelles and one we will always remember. Local beaches are hard to access but worth hunting down, hire car is an absolute must. We travelled as far south as you can go which meant we saw the entire island and it will not disappoint. Summary: We had a great holiday in this wonderful house. Everything was perfect - the house, the pool, a fantastic view and not to forget the great service of Sarah and Michel. Sarah came daily and took care of the house, Michel took care of the pool and garden. Michel is also a great cook and prepared us a delicious meal with red snapper, rice and mango salad - it was great. Also the owner Arno was always available and took excellent care. When the air condition broke down at Christmas, he immediately provided a new one. Arno offers private boat tours, which we can highly recommend. You have the boat for yourself and a great skipper who gives you lots of information about the Seychelles. Everything was perfect all around - we will come back some day. Summary: Overall a nice location and very nice house. Plenty of room. 3 bedroom with 2 1/2 baths. A/C only in the bedrooms. Very nice private pool. Steep driveway from North Coast Road. Very steep stairs from parking location up to house entry. Excellent view of the ocean. Overall very nice. Just beware of the steep stairs.

Summary: The house is super clean and has fabulous open verandas. You do need a car to stay here as there is very little at this point in the island. The pool is a great size and much bigger than the photos suggest. Beau Vallon beach is about 15 minutes drive. Several other closer beaches which we haven’t sampled. Only negative is that if you like to tour around every road leads to Victoria which can be very busy and makes your journey longer. We would definitely recommend this to anyone seeking a restful self catering holiday.

Summary: We had a great time in this wonderful house! Perfectly located in the north of Mahé, with a most beautiful view of the Indian Ocean, lots of very clean and comfortable space and a host family who is always available when needed to make sure everything is in order, made this place the perfect location for our 5-weeks family holidays on the Seychelles. The photos don’t promise too much! Anyone who decides to stay in this wonderful place should definitely consider to follow the advise of the host family to ask the maid to cook some Creole food, which she does for a little extra tip. She is a fantastic cook! We never tasted any better food during our stay and are very thankful for this experience. This house is a top location we can highly recommend with a host family who really cares. Arno can also help to get a car rental for a very good price, which we very much advise to take advantage of. A big "thank you" again to Arno, his mother and Kathleen from Anja, Sebastian, Louis and Leon.

Summary: Outstanding views across the Indian Ocean! The house is not luxurious but extremely comfortable, the only problem we had in this most peaceful and private location was barking dogs which I believe is being resolved. The superb Landlord Arno allowed us to have complete freedom for the entire period to look after ourselves so our holiday was indeed private.
