Negative: Could have used a soap tray in the shower. Also, start serving breakfast earlier, for example, 7:30 AM.

Positive: Be careful what you pay as this property discounts the price heavily at times....Sparkling clean with lovely host. Great breakfast, comfortable bed.
Negative: As the weather was very warm around mid 30'sc, the small aircon unit was inadequate and did not cool the room sufficiently to sleep well. Not recommended for weather over 30degrees. As we are both 70+ years young with heavy suitcases, we found the steep stairs daunting and a little difficult as they went straight up without a landing. We were also very upset to find the property advertised for more than $100 per night less than we paid for it 2 days earlier, leaving us feeling ripped off before we even started.

Positive: A terrific stay with a dedicated host who clearly cares about all the details. The house is beautiful, well maintained, and spotlessly clean, and breakfasts were over-the-top terrific. Highly recommended!
Negative: We struggled a bit with the wifi. It was free and fast, but seemed to come and go. This would not have affected our stay at all if we were on holiday, but we were working and dependent on reliable wifi. It could have been limited to the room that we were in (Boxwood).
Summary: Thorough attention to details and over-the-top breakfasts! Highly recommended!

Positive: Chatham House far exceeded our expectations. We were looking for a clean and comfortable room with easy parking, and we preferred a place which offered breakfast or maybe a hot tub. But this place has everything and so much more. The breakfast is outstanding and they were able to accommodate our dietary needs. The outside area is so peaceful, and the nightly hot tub was relaxing. The location was perfect for access to great dinners, winery tasting, and local spots. Everyone at this B&B was so welcoming and engaging. Our room had a separate side entrance which was very convenient. And our room was spotless. Such a fabulous place!

Positive: Breakfast was always different with healthy and tasty choices. Donna was an excellent host and was very friendly. The location was great for exploring Kelowna and there was lots of parking. We would definitely choose to stay here again

Negative: Truly nothing to dislike. We’ve travelled widely, and this property is simply world class.
Summary: Now that we’ve been guests at Chatham House, we wouldn't stay anywhere else in Kelowna.
