A fantastic place to hang out....A big garden on the 12500 sqft. lot. My place is good for groups like family and friend's gathering.
There is parking at the backyard. Trailers of any kind must be approved and likely will not fit on the property.

Summary: We enjoyed a great weekend at this home. The location is perfect for walking to dinners and downtown within minutes and the beach is right out front. We would rent the home again in the future.

Summary: The house itself was absolutely perfect for our group. There were four families with teen children. There is plenty of space and the house itself was very clean and bright. Communication with the owner and the property manager was efficient and pleasant. The main issue we had is a tough one to deal with. There are groups of people that hang out right in front of the property throughout the day drinking and partying. They are harmless and didn’t pay attention to us but it definitely takes away from the view and peacefulness of the stay. The location of the home to town is perfect and is a quick walk to lots of shopping and restaurants.

Summary: This house was absolutely amazing. The place is even nicer than the pictures and it is perfect for large groups. Peter was easy to communicate with and very accommodating with all our needs. Will absolutely be staying here again soon!

Summary: Our experience was amazing. The owner and property manager are exceptional hosts and available at a moments notice. This is our first time using VRBO and it exceeded our expectations. The only issue we ever had was with the groups of people using drugs constantly just over the backyard fence. This can be a concern for people with kids/teenagers but is not attributable to the homeowner as it is a public beach. Take this into account and you will not be disappointed with this property. Thank you Peter and Fran for the amazing vacation

Summary: We have just returned from this lovely house on Lake Okanagan. I wanted to give an updated review for 2021 The house: It's beautifully renovated, very spacious, so many bedrooms almost all with very nice ensuite bathrooms. Great kitchen, common areas and outdoor spaces. The owner Peter was very responsive via text and email. The property manager Fran was outstanding. She met us at the house to show us around. She brought fresh milk, cream for coffee and there was a variety of snacks left for us such as granola bars, cereal, cookies. There were also several cases of coke and ginger-ale. There was lots of coffee and tea provided and a Keurig and regular coffee - maker. We noticed that there were not any wine glasses and she immediately went out and purchased new ones! The kitchen is well - equipped for cooking and had basic spices (salt, pepper etc), olive oil, seran wrap and foil and tupperware. The bathrooms all had costco- sized shampoo, conditioner, soap. There was lots of seating outdoors, 2 dining tables and even some sand-toys and floaties/ pool noodles for using in the lake. There were plenty of beach towels and bath towels. The hot tub was great, they change the water for each new arrival so expect that it may not be hot enough for the first night of your stay but it's great after that and very clean. The only down-side of this rental has nothing to do with the house or management but the group of people that hang out right outside the fence of the house from morning to night smoking, drinking, playing music. They are overall respectful and did leave by 10-11pm nightly except for 1 or 2 that slept on the beach all night, sometimes directly in front on the gate to access the beach. The house is quite sound -proof and we could not hear anything from inside the house at all and our sleep was never disturbed. The house itself if perfect for a large group and the management was the best we have ever experienced. Thank you Peter and Fran for a nice holiday!

Summary: House had ample room to allow three families space and privacy as well as large kitchen and dining areas. There is a lot of activity on the public beach out front but overall did not interfere with our trip. Kids liked easy lake access as well as proximity to downtown Kelowna and boardwalk.

Summary: Great location. Fits 3 families easily. Yard is great with hot tub. Kitchen is good- could use coffee grinder and extra fridge for larger groups. Very comfortable. Busy beach out front. No issues with folks on beach or perimeter
