Summary: The hotel is an a good spot in Kelowna close to food and shopping. This trip to the hotel was disappointing as one of the beds smelled like urine, and the liner that was installed ion the tub was loose and was a safety concern. This unit needs some attention.

Summary: The room didn’t look like the pictures. The taps in the washroom were dirty, missing silicone in the washroom. The tiled floor is dirty. The baseboard heater in the washroom was rusted. The ironing table is one of those mini ones that you have to put on the bed to iron which is not ideal. The TV is not set up for casting from your phone. The TV is not connected to the internet, therefore the streaming apps on the TV are not accessible. It’s wall to wall tiled, therefore if you are there in summer then it’s possibly okay, but in the other 3 seasons it’s uncomfortable to have your feet on a cold surface. Under the bed is full of dirt it obviously hasn’t been cleaned for weeks or months. I even saw a bottle under the bed. The fridge did not have complimentary bottles of water. The coffee machine needs a quick start sheet to avoid wasting one of only two packs of coffee. Also there is no complimentary body lotion. If you forgot yours then you will have to go to the nearest superstore or pharmacy to pick one up. Also note that the front desk is not open 24/7. It has opening and closing hours. Therefore you should make sure you come in time to check in.

Summary: The room was just as advertised. Pleasantly surprised to see a mini fridge in there as many hotels are removing them. Staff was good and helpful. Might have to come back during the regular season to try out the pool!

Summary: The floor of the room was not clean, the smell of Pinesole was so overwhelming it caused us a headaches, the bathroom had hair on the walls

Summary: The room was wonderful. Clean! The staff was so courteous. We had an issue and she corrected it immediately and not once made us feel bad about it. Would definitely stay again as well as recommend! Thanks for making our visit wonderful ❤️

Summary: They do not provide face clothes or tea in the rooms. The cleaning staff did not give clean coffee mugs when they cleaned the room just left the dirty mugs on the table both days.
