Positive: Location Helpfulness of owner in letting us into the property early.

Negative: Outside & inside of property is a little dated & shabby compared with other properties we've stayed in under Sykes cottages Lack of proper coffee making facilities - non- existent at present Cooker is quite dated. Small size fridge Cooking equipment is a bit random eg - several kitchen knives ,- but all blunt. Single glazed windows mean heating cannot keep house warm. Quite expensive Bathroom needs updating

Summary: Pleasant seaside cottage.

Positive: Excellent location, great to have the garden space, comfortable, clean, well appointed kitchen. Shop, pub and beach all within a minutes walk.

Negative: Only negative was the slightly awkward parking situation but of course this can't be helped and it did not negatively impact our trip. Also that the bunk room could only be accessed through one of the doubles - again this did not negatively impact our stay but might not be suitable for everyone.

Summary: We had a fantastic week staying in Kelsey. Portscatho was the perfect base for our trip.
