Summary: Beautiful property - cozy, inviting, clean, warm, had everything we needed and more! Great communication with Sandy & Dan. They gave us great suggestions regarding nearby snowshoe trails, Quincy mine tour, MI Tech Mineral Museum (a must!) and restaurants (loved the Ambassador,) We would highly recommend Kemp's and plan to return to this sweet log home ourselves.

Summary: Very reasonably priced, we came with two couples and 5 men so 9. The lot was plowed and huge so we could easily park 4 trucks with snowmobile trailers. The building is beautiful with in floor heat, plenty of seating, huge table to eat, modern kitchen with all plates, glasses, utensils. Anything you need is there. It is not on a trail so you should haul the sleds to South Range. We didnt mind after we walked inside. Sooo much better than staying at a typical UP hotel. Sandy was a great host. Highly recommend it.

Summary: Great house and area but the snowmobile trail closest to the home 1.5 miles away was closed do bridge work. This was not disclosed in their online add. I would have picked another property had I know this. We all burned a set of carbides getting to and from the main open trail.

Summary: This house was perfect for our family of 5 teenage boys while we made a visit to MTU and explored the area. The host was helpful, attentive, and kind. The home provide the space for everyone to have their own downtime, but also family time. Thanks

Summary: Very pretty location with a great outdoor space. Clean and comfy. The layout was great for our extended family. Plenty of space. Only small nitpick is some of the pots and pans could use replacing. Other than that everything else was wonderful.

Summary: Very well manicured outdoor areas, home is beautiful, plenty of everything you need already supplied which is very helpful. Was able to check in a little early. Some of the outdoor cushions need replacing but everything else was great! We had friends over for dinner and games, and they loved the place. We will stay again!

Summary: Overall everything was good. Bathrooms and kitchen were clean. No paper towels, no plastic bags for extra food storage. Tops of picture frames very dusty, dog hair under couches. I clean for airbnbs so I see areas to be cleaned.
