Summary: We had a wonderful time at this property in Grand Cayman! The location is amazing, so close to star fish point and Kaibo restaurant and boat launch. My family enjoyed all the amenities the house had to offer including paddle boards, kayaks, movie room, pool, hot tub, etc. There were a couple hiccups including that the previous group who stayed at the house broke the gate which had not been fixed while we were there (but Josef assured us that it was a very safe location and it was), one of the paddle boards was broken, and we had a hard time getting the hot tub to heat up the first day (but Josef had someone come out to look at it the very next day). All in all it was a stellar vacation in an incredible house, we are very grateful and will be coming back again I’m sure!

Summary: We loved our time at Kempa Kai! The property was beautiful - just as pictured. Josef was very helpful, especially via text as the trip got closer. We liked being able to walk to Kaibo and got several boats from the dock there. Also liked the proximity to Rum Point and enjoyed the beach and beach club there. Would gladly return!

Summary: I wish we would have booked for a longer stay. Angela was the property manager. She was attentive and very informed about the property. There were many extras that we were not expecting. Very clean.Our group is already discussing staying here again. We had 3 families with kids ranging from 5-9. Marvelous stay. Beds are beyond comfortable. We did not want to leave.

Summary: Stayed here with family, 6 adults and two kids, there was plenty of room to spare. Very comfortable beds. The host Josef was very responsive and accommodating to our requests. It was an amazing experience.
