This 2-story, modern condo is located directly on the beach with the most incredible views of Cayman’s crystal blue water. The entire unit has been meticulously renovated by an award-winning design firm, complete with high-end finishes and furnishings. This will have you feeling like you’re staying at a five-star resort, but at the fraction of the price. It’s a true beachfront oasis, with all the luxuries and amenities of home.
Located in the quaint village of Bodden Town, you’ll be centrally located between 7Mile Beach, East End and Rum Point. This quiet part of Cayman has that true “island-vibe”, making it a perfect destination for a relaxing or adventurous vacation.
People from all backgrounds welcome.
*Please note that the condo is ideally suited for 4 guests or 2 couples comfortably. There is no charge for additional guests (up to 6 in total) however note that for the additional guests, there is an inflatable mattress that sleeps up to two and the sofa in the livingroom sleeps one.
OTHER AMENITIES INCLUDE:
Smart TV in the living room with Netflix, keyless door entry, high chair, playpen with extra mattress for comfort, filtered water from the refrigerator (no need to purchase bottled water) and ice maker, kitchen is stocked with basic essentials, Keurig coffee maker, snorkeling gear (x2 sets), beach towels.
ARRIVAL/DEPARTURE:
I try to accommodate all guests during the "purgatory period" between 11am-4pm when the condo is being cleaned. Flights may land earlier than checkin time and depart later than checkout time. That said, the bedrooms are cleaned first and utilized as holding rooms for the luggage. Note that there is never an additional charge for an early checkin/late checkout in hopes that everyone can understand and work together on a stress free vacation arrival/departure. I do need a heads up please in case an early checkin/late checkout is in fact needed, so I can communicate with guests arriving/departing so everyone can be on thesamepage.
Only in the summer months, there may be some sargassum/seaweed on the beach that Mother Nature gifts us which is out of our control and the landscaping team works diligently to remove as much sargassum as they can on a daily basis.
For bookings that are 14 days and longer, one complimentary maid service will be offered every 7 days.

Summary: My family stayed for a week over spring break, and we absolutely loved it! The condo was clean and very nice. The views are breath taking. My kids loved swimming in the pool and snorkeling on the beach right outside the door. The location is away from the busy side of the island, but that was perfectly fine with us. We enjoyed the peace and quiet of the location.

Summary: We stayed here for 7 days and loved every minute of it. The villa was just as described- spotless, nicely decorated, and very well stocked with everything you may need, from small appliances to a washer and dryer. The beds were very comfortable and the sheets were so soft. The remodeled bathrooms were very nice!We only cooked breakfast in the villa and visited many local restaurants for lunch and dinner. The location of the villa is perfect on the island - pretty evenly spaced between the beautiful 7 Mile beach and Rum Point. We did a few excursions at each location so this was very handy. There is a great beach with loungers that are so private - and great snorkeling right from the villa. The host was very easy to contact if needed. We would definitely stay here again!

Summary: The place was absolutely breathtaking and the location was centrally located. I liked the bedrooms upstairs and the condo was tastefully decorated and had everything we needed. Livia the property manager always answered us immediately if we had any questions. We would definitely stay here again. 3 senior citizen high school friends.

Summary: “Peaceful” would be my perfect adjective to describe this property. Modern, very clean with less “rules” and more about enjoying that beautiful island and the time with your loved ones. Very calm vibe through this whole VRBO. The host was outstanding. I highly recommend this property. I would say it was the best VRBO experience to date.

Summary: Everything about this stay was fantastic. Communication with the owner was easy and quick. She is very responsive and helpful. The place itself is amazing...has everything you need. A lot of attention to detail. Looks exactly like in the photos. The location was also perfect for us. We had a rental car so it was easy to get around to seven mile beach, George Town and Rum point....the location was between all three so very convenient. The pool and ocean right outside the living room was gorgeous.
