Summary: We had an amazing stay at the hotel. We were upgraded on arrival to a Lagoon Suite which was stunning with its own private pool. The food was excellent with many choices even for my 13 year old. The hotel went the extra mile by presenting my son with a birthday cake for his 13th birthday. The staff were welcoming on arrival and made us a coffee on departure while we waited for our car to the airport. All in all a lovely hotel, not crazy busy. We will be visiting again for sure.

Summary: We absolutely loved our stay at Kempinski. The room was in excellent condition and roomy. The food options were amazing. Our only comment would be the staff, not everyone speaks English. And we had to ask 4 times for our room pool to be cleaned before it was handled. Other than this. Everything was spot on.

Summary: I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this hotel. The service, atmosphere and food are excellent. The rooms, although a bit dated, are comfortable. Staff extremely helpful, attentive and friendly. If you are looking for a quiet holiday and a little R&R you cannot go wrong booking here.
