Positive: The staff throughout the hotel are exceptionally attentive, friendly, and polite. Service was outstanding in every area. The location is ideal, close to the airport and just a 5-minute drive from Land of Legends. The pool and beach areas are fantastic, with drink service available at all times.
Negative: The all-inclusive package is great overall. However, the breakfast and dinner buffets were fairly average and lacked variety. In contrast, the à la carte lunch by the pool offered better quality and a good range of options. While the hotel does provide transportation to the airport, it would be more convenient if this service were extended to nearby attractions like Land of Legends and the Old Town. Relying on yellow taxis can be unpredictable, as the experience depends heavily on the individual driver.

Positive: Spacious Rooms The rooms are impressively large with plenty of space to relax and move around comfortably. Quality Food and Drinks The food and drink selection was satisfying, offering a good variety and overall enjoyable quality. Extensive Hotel Grounds & Activities The hotel grounds are expansive and beautifully maintained, with a wide range of activities — from live music in the evenings to exciting water sports during the day. Excellent Spa Facilities The spa is beautifully designed and offers a wide selection of massages and wellness treatments, perfect for unwinding. Friendly and Helpful Staff The hotel staff were respectful, welcoming, and always ready to assist with anything we needed. Their hospitality truly enhanced our stay.
Negative: Ineffective Air Conditioning Unfortunately, the air conditioning in our room did not perform well. Despite setting it to 18–20°C in the morning, we returned in the evening to find the room still at around 24.5°C. When it's 30–35°C outside, a truly cool room would be much more comfortable. Squeaky Bed The bed in our room squeaked loudly with every movement, which made it difficult to sleep. While we reported the issue and someone came to fix it, the problem was only partially resolved. For a 5-star hotel, such issues should be addressed more thoroughly. Inconsistent Housekeeping Housekeeping was inconsistent. Every other day, we would run out of essentials like shampoo or soap. These are basic items that should be replenished regularly without guests needing to ask — especially in a hotel of this standard. Poor Sound Insulation Soundproofing was a letdown. We could hear every person passing by our room, which was particularly disruptive at night. I would rate the sound insulation around 4/10. Limited Wine Selection The wine selection was disappointing, offering only two rather average red wines. A 5-star hotel could certainly provide a more refined and diverse wine list.
Summary: Overall, we had a wonderful and memorable holiday.

Positive: This place is heaven on earth! Thanks to Mehmet Kanci for his great hospitality, we felt at home all throughout our stay. Him and his team are the best 🧿while Damla Balaban, our lady in red was our biggest support for all our arrangements during the dreamy 8 days😇 We will definitely be back to Kempinski Dome Belek! Thanks for taking care of us so well, this place is a candidate for being our second home 👏🏻

Positive: We had a fantastic and very relaxing holiday. The staff were extremely competent and helpful throughout our stay. The food was amazing — it truly exceeded our expectations — and the facilities were excellent. A special thank you for upgrading our room, it made our stay even more enjoyable!
Negative: The only downside was that the spa treatments felt quite expensive compared to other hotels we’ve stayed at.

Positive: The food was fantastic: a very high quality buffet for breakfast, lunch and dinner, as well as an additional beach lunch restaurant included in the price. We especially appreciated the many different salad and vegetable options. For an additional fee there is also an a la carte dinner restaurat by the lake, which we tried once, and it was very nice to sit by the lake, and their lamb chops were incredible. The hotel itself has a nice beach (comfotable large sunbeds), large pool area, and many options to sit outside. The first week of june was the perfect time to visit because it was not yet very busy, but the water temperature was already good for swimming. The hotel staff are all really kind and helpful - the guest relations team organised a very nice tour for us to do some sightseeing, and were always helpful, supportive and flexible during our stay (especially Devrim from guest relations!) We also liked the entertainment in the hotel - there was live music at the beach from 3-5pm, and then live music on the outside terrace bar in the evenings, which was nice but not too loud in a way that would be disturbing.
Negative: The spa feels quite old and needs renovating, especially given the high prices for treatments. For example in the steam room there were many loose tiles that had fallen off the wall and were just laying there broken. It’s a shame because the ayurvedic massage and hammam treatment that I had were both fantastic (the therapist was very good), but the actual premises of the spa definitely need renovating. One more thing that was disappointing was that the pier that belongs to the hotel was mostly split into small areas/cabanas that you had to rent for an additional fee (I think the beach cabanas were €140 for the day when we asked, so the pier cabanas would have been the same price or even more expensive). The hotel website is not transparent about the extra fees for these amenities. One night a neighbouring hotel had very loud entertainment that lasted until around midnight, which was frustrating when we were trying to sleep. Obviously not the fault of Kempinski, but still quite frustrating.
