Summary: Very good facilities and availability of everything a family need. The staff were brilliant from the porters to the reception staff. Very family friendly and accommodating if you are going with kids

Summary: Nice hotel…..but not really 5 star Very expensive however the food at the restaurants was v good Customer service average some staff quite arrogant Glasses of wine are poured directly from the bottle every member of waiting on staff pour a slightly different amount why not use a measure? Bail and Thailand better value and friendlier for me

Summary: Lovely property but the food & drink is very overpriced and it needs an adults only pool, we couldnt use the pool as there were always 20 children in it shouting all day. As you can only swim in the sea at high tide this was a problem for us.

Summary: The resort is beautiful and there was really noting major that I could complain about. My timing for breakfast on the first day was way off, I went shortly after 10am due to jet lag and it felt like a zoo, people everywhere and no available tables, the staff seemed overwhelmed too. This was the only time my experience was affected, it put me off going for breakfast the next day, but then I was awake early on my last morning so gave it another go. I was there shortly after 8am and it was an entirely different experience. Many tables available and much easier to navigate the buffet. That being said, it would be nice to have a quieter, a la carte venue to have a quieter breakfast. Lesson learned, do go for breakfast at 10 in the morning !!

Summary: The resort is beautifully placed within the nature and has a gorgeous beach. It’s feels very private a quiet. The rooms have a wonderful ocean view and there are some nearby activities to see tourtoise or hike the mountain
