Kenmore Villa has a glorious location on the east shores of Loch Fyne in the village of Strachur, Argyll. Built on an elevated site, this modern four-bedroom detached villa has sweeping views across the waters to the mountains beyond.

It’s a spacious light-filled property, and is stylishly decorated and furnished. It has its own private garden with furnished decking area to the front, which is the perfect place for an evening drink and allows you to enjoy the beautiful surroundings.
On the ground floor, the fully equipped kitchen with breakfast area has all modern facilities. The spacious lounge is a wonderful living area with stunning views, an welcoming open fire. Your highlight is the French doors leading to the outside decking area for magnificent views over Loch Fyne. The dining room, which comfortably seats eight, is also accessed from the lounge via glass doors. There’s a separate utility room.
There is a spacious twin bedroom with separate wc/cloakroom next door on the groundfloor. On the first floor you'll find a twin bedroom, two double bedrooms, one which has an en-suite shower room and WC, and a family bathroom with shower.

Summary: An overdue autumn break for my scottish in-laws in the beautiful hills. The house has a magnificent view from the terrace and all bedrooms, and was warm, comfortable and had everything we needed. My wife also managed to swim every day (yes I know) in Loch Fyne and Eck, whilst I could appreciate the autumn colours of the area. Oh and the seafood… yes!

Summary: Beautiful view, spacious house, nice yard. We were happy staying at the house and doing local things, but it was close enough to drive to many of the other places we wanted to see in the area.

Summary: Kenmore is a spacious , well equipped house with spectacular views of Loch Fyne. The seating on the decking area at the front of the house is perfect for an early morning coffee or a glass of wine in the evening to watch the spectacular sunsets. A short walk to the Creggans hotel and restaurant. The owners live next door and are welcoming and helpful. Highly recommended ..

Summary: Kenmore Villa exceeded all our expectations. The Internet does not do the Kenmore villa , surroundings justice. We loved everything about our stay , accommodation, surroundings, people in Scotland everything. Will definitely be back this time around more days.

Summary: We spent a week in this house in 2020 and just had to come back. The house is beautiful and has enough space for 6 of us 2 in their 70s 2 in their 40s and 2 early teens. The area has lots to do, the Benmore Botanical garden was a huge surprise and needs a full day to enjoy. And my son (13) managed to catch a sea trout at the jetty in St Catherine's. We watched divers, porpoise and seals from the garden and soaked up the atmosphere. The Craggans Inn is lovely too, but do book the bistro. Really nice food. We will be back!

Summary: It was a delight to stay in this lovely property. Well planned spacious build to maximise the view. Spotlessly clean, very comfortable and well equipped to meet all the family’s requirements. We could have moved in and not changed a thing! If you’re looking to get away from it all, this is the place to head for due to its peaceful location. Highly recommended.

Summary: Beautiful location, spacious rooms, kitchen well equipped. Outside it has parking space for two car and more, we had a trailer there. The garden is big enough for kids to play in.
