Summary: Great food. Central heating was way too hot in the guest rooms with no in-room control. Staff has limited English. Location not convenient to sights

Summary: Great staff, great food. My bathroom smelled mildewy and the shower drain kept flooding the bathroom. Also in winter there is central heating and all our rooms were very hot, like 80F.

Summary: We heard the property was quite dated but the renovated rooms were decent (not great) so we booked the largest of the renovated rooms. We arrived at the property about an hour after check in began but was told it might be about 15 minutes longer since they haven't been able to clean and inspect all the rooms yet. Not ideal but understandable since we arrived on Sunday and they were cleaning up after a busy weekend. The property group was also running a special campaign via social media but I was told the eco-bottle I was supposed to receive for participating was out of stock. Oh well... We were granted free use of the kids play lounge while waiting since we had a one year old with us and after about 20 minutes we were informed that our room was now ready. We were impressed by the size of the space and the layout, along with the ac unit, but the spongey non slip bathmat thing was gringy feeling...hairs caught here and there...can't be properly cleaned...also...no toothpaste or toothbrushes. Otherwise, the property was great and our infant loved meeting and feeding the bunnies out back. They even gave us a complimentary hour late checkout to make up for our late check in. If we go back, I'd definitely stay again but might opt to stay for two nights instead of just one.

Summary: well refurbished and clean at the foyer and lifts. Bed condition was not good but beddings looks clean. Breakfast was nice and affordable choice for a big family with kids.

Summary: 가격 대비 괜찮았지만 청소 상태가 좀 아쉬웠습니다. 타월에 이물질 묻어있어서 좀 찝찝한 감이 있었어요. 리조트라기보다는 체인 펜션에 가깝네요. 프론트 직원이 친절했고 부대시설이 잘 갖춰져 있습니다. 다만 주변에 가족이나 단체 모임으로 많이 와서 밤 늦게까지 시끄러웠던 점이 아쉽네요. for foreigners, you should know about Korean ondol system, if you stay this resort. so you may request beds or other amenities. if not, it doesn't provide beds also you will get back pain.( for sure, you guys are not familiar Korean ondol system.)
