Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: The apartments are great these are located within pelican lodge next to Elementaita lake the view is just captivating overall the location is perfect

Negative: Well I believe it could be the staff where overwhelmed with too many guest but being kept in the restaurant for an hour waiting for a meal and I believe our rooms where not cleaned for three days I guess something to do with communication with the receiption And guys honestly give an option for bornfire ( which was promised but we never got )people come for experiences don't be so rigid with policies
