Summary: Overall it was a wonderful stay for me and 4 of my friends. Plenty of space for everyone to spread out and enjoy the wonderful view of the water while we were between wedding events. The home was off the beaten path, which added to the relaxing feeling of the house. Also it was never more than a 20 min drive to get to our events accross the island. The host was very responsive and more than accommodating for my group. The only very minor suggestion I'd like to make is that the trash in the kitchen could use a handle for easier access. Aside from that tiny detail, our stay at Kent Island Time was perfect, and I'd highly recommend it for anyone looking to take a relaxing trip to the island!

Summary: Very clean and well maintained property. We had a great time crabbing on the pier out back and just relaxing. The property is in an excellent location and the host was very quick to answer any questions.

Summary: My sisters and I (5 total) visited in early November. Kent Island Time was a perfect fit. We were impressed by the cleanliness, spacious rooms, and well-equipped common areas. The best feature was the waterfront location. Even in November, we were able to sit outside on the patio and enjoy a glass of wine as we watched the amazing sunset. We all agreed we would absolutely stay again in the future.

Summary: Beautifully maintained, charming home on the water. Beautifully decorated, lots of character, very spacious. Located in a quiet neighborhood minutes from Route 50. Would love to stay again during the summer. Highly recommend.

Summary: We had a very relaxing stay! The kids loved fishing and crabbing on the dock out back. The sunsets were amazing! Night sky's were beautiful, we saw shooting stars during the Perseids. Cracking crabs out back and watching sunset was the best!

Summary: My husband and I loved our time at the rental on Kent Island. We were making an annual visit to meet up with family. The location was perfect for our needs and we loved being next to the water and the peaceful surroundings. As we anticipate returning next year we will happily rent this place again if it is available.

Summary: We were looking for a family getaway, and Janet and her property...exceeded our expectations. Janet was a great host with her consistent/frequent communications and genuine interest in our well-being and satisfaction from her property. She was also very helpful in recommendations in the venues in the neighborhood/area. Her property was well-kept and very inviting for a family get-together. The outdoor patio was perfect for the nightly sit-downs and the pier was great to look out over the bay, fish, and reflect on the past and plan for the future. We will definitely stay again on our next visit to Kent Island!
