3 Bedroom House in McDowall

Beautifully appointed 3 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom home that sleeps 6 adults in 4 beds plus a travel cot. You will experience air conditioned living areas, with ceiling fans in all rooms as well as outside on the deck with it's dining setting and pool view. Comfortable sofas will invite you to relax and enjoy the living room which includes a smart TV, Foxtel cable tv channels and free wifi.

The Townhouse is 2 storey with entry level being living areas, one of the bedrooms, a separate toilet/basin and laundry. Downstairs are the other two bedrooms and both bathrooms.
All quality bed linen and towels by Sheridan are supplied for your stay. The main bedroom has an en suite and in addition to the main bathroom there is also a powder room on the upper level.
Single car remote controlled garage with internal access offering excellent security for the lone traveller. Additional parking space is available. You are welcome to enjoy full use of the pristine swimming pool at the rear of the home. A securely fenced, gated rear garden and patio area are there for your private use.
Local shops at Flockton St, Everton Park or Hamilton Rd at McDowall, and 10 minutes drive to the the local shopping malls at Brookside, Stafford City or the large Westfield at Chermside.
North West Private, Prince Charles and Holy Spirit Northside are large hospitals close by.

Summary: We had a great 1-week stay here. It was very clean and well maintained. Kitchen was easy to use with lots of equipment supplied. Kids enjoyed being able to use the pool. Nice quiet street, and a green leafy outlook from the back verandah.

Summary: Comfortable 2 1/2 bath duplex in a quiet neighborhood. The host is an excellent communicator, so no surprises. A bonus touch I haven’t seen at other homes were a welcome binder with information about the neighborhood and an appliance binder with directions how to use them.

Summary: Welcoming as soon as we opened the door. Everything was easy to access and all the necessities were there. Great with the family, the kids were all downstairs and grandparents had the easy to access bedroom. Lovely outlook from the balcony. Would stay there again
