Positive: The location was amazing. The beach was beautiful. The beds were comfortable. I appreciated the laundry soap and nice washer and dryer. The beach toys were a big plus, even though some were broken.
Negative: The door to the pantry wouldn't work very well, I got a call the day we arrived that the dishwasher wasn't in working order, the fixtures in the bathroom weren't easy to figure out or run, the shower curtain was torn...I expected everything to be pristine for the price I paid.

Positive: Fantastic location and, with the property itself undergoing repairs and renovation, it would be perfect.
Negative: The state of repair was not good, possibly borderline dangerous (the electric hob was cracked with a hole in it). Windows were in a poor state, the outer (mosquito) door in one of the bedrooms fell off the moment we opened it and we also needed to call the plumber out on the first day.
Summary: Perfect location, condition of property meant it was overpriced. If repairs were done we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend

Negative: There is a homeless person camping in a tent on the beach in front of the property between the Nieghbor and our property- the BBQ is a bad electric Grill that can not cook a steak. It is far too weak and cools down as soon as you place anything thick on it.
