Upon entering this house, you will step into a large, bright living space open to the outdoors with its beautiful view of the Aber Wrac\'h. It includes a large, fully equipped open kitchen. A bar with 3 bar stools separates it from the dining room, which has a large table for good family or friends\' meals. The dining room also opens onto the living room with a view of the sea and the garden through its large bay windows and French doors. This living room is ideal for getting together with friends or family over a drink while enjoying this beautiful view. Note the absence of a television at this level, instead enjoy the sea view!
Still on the ground floor, you will also find a bedroom with a double bed (140x190), a separate toilet and the only bathroom in the house, equipped with a bathtub and a double vanity unit.
Upstairs you will find the 3 other bedrooms in the house. The 1st is equipped with a large double bed (160x200), south-facing with a lovely sea view. The other 2 bedrooms are ideal for children: they are equipped with 2 single beds each, also with a sea view, and a toy chest is available for the children. For the little ones, we also provide a travel cot with its mattress, a high chair and a baby bath.
A television is installed in one of the bedrooms on this floor, it is a satellite connection with a limited number of channels.
In the basement you will find a laundry area with a washing machine and a tumble dryer.
The outside will delight young and old. The more than 5,000 m² landscaped garden has several areas to enjoy the incredible view of the sea and the port of the Aber Wrac\'h. The children will love to discover the Breton heathland at the bottom of the garden with its little huts, while the adults will enjoy the large fixed barbecue and the magnificent view. Garden furniture is of course available for young and old (large table and sun loungers).
By crossing the road, you can go and discover the fauna and flora of the foreshore. But if you prefer beaches, the house is located on the Sainte-Marguerite peninsula, you will reach them very quickly and discover its beautiful fine sandy beaches. This peninsula is also very popular with watersports enthusiasts, it is a well-known spot for kitesurfing, wingfoil and funboard!
For hiking enthusiasts, the GR34 long-distance hiking trail passes just a stone\'s throw from the house and allows you to discover all the beauty of the Aber Wrac\'h.

Less than 30 minutes away, you can discover the most touristy places in the Pays des Abers and the Pays d\'Iroise: go and discover the islands of Ouessant or Molène from the pretty lively and picturesque port of Le Conquet (departure also possible from Lanildut), discover the 3 Abers and their magnificent landscapes, go for a walk on the wild coast or discover the Ile Vierge lighthouse, visit the Pointe Saint Matthieu, the Kergroadès castle, or the maritime museum in Brest. For art lovers: La Passerelle in Brest, La Fondation Leclerc in Landerneau, the Brest Museum of Fine Arts....
For children, you will also find nearby: the Récré des 3 Curés (amusement park), Océanopolis (one of the largest aquariums in Europe).
For the more sporty, magnificent kitesurfing, windsurfing, paddle or surfing spots are located nearby. For golfers, you will find several nearby, including the Abers golf course.
