Positive: breakfest is very good and beautufully presented.
Negative: the picture in the booking.com of this property is misunderstanding. looke liks the hot baths is in the porch of rented unit, but they are in the owners home. if you want to use it, you have to walk through the garden and fence to go to there.

Positive: Every review I read mentioned the breakfast which I promised myself I wouldn't but here I am, it was exceptional .We thought we'd have to miss the spa as we were going to a concert but our lovely hostess told us to phone as we were leaving the concert then it was ready and waiting in it's private nook down the candle lined path to a magic private spa area lit by an array of candles. So beautiful . It was a magic stay away from home and so close to both the market, the night market the shopping area and the Turner centre yet felt like being right in the country.
Negative: The fact that it was so hard to leave having sat drinking morning coffee in the sun looking out at the beautiful view and the visiting birds ...

Negative: Bedroom not large and nowhere to sit other than on the bed. Breakfast served in entry, would not be very suitable if weather precluded using small table outside front door.

Positive: Very secluded location and convenient to town. Very congenial and friendly host who prepared a superb breakfast.
Negative: The bedroom was a bit cluttered with ornaments occupying space we could have used. Our only minor complaint.
