Positive: It was warm and clean and on good location. Good value for money and for short 1-2 nights stay.
Negative: It would be good to have hairdryer. It is also small but for the price especially compared to other places in Juta it was good. Also on first night of our stay the cafe didn't work so it can be inconvinent if you come late as there are no many places to eat in Juta.

Positive: A nice basic accomodation for a short term stay. Nina and her family are very friendly and hospitable, and helped us arrange a horse riding tour.
Negative: There were a few communication issues. We didn’t have hot water during our stay and we arranged a driver to take us to Stepantsminda in the early morning before the road closure, but the driver never arrived. The family don’t live on the property so sometimes messenger communication is required for any questions or issues if they are not onsite and there is some time needed for a response. The room can also get quite cold (even in summer) but the extra blankets were appreciated.

Positive: Very good location just next to the river and at the entrance of the village, as well as the starting point of the trail going up the valley. Breakfast was plentiful and provides good energy for the day :)
Negative: The room was quite cold during the night, but the beds and the blankets was really warm so no problem of a good night's sleep.
Summary: Very good stay, I can recommend it!
