Beyond that there is a modern kitchen with double doors opening to the garden and a lobby leading to the double bedroom, twin bedroom and family bathroom.
To the front of the property there is unrestricted on-road parking. To the rear there is a fully enclosed landscaped patio garden with sun terrace and garden store.
