This home used to be a local community center and has been loved for generations. The entire apartment in this shared home is yours to enjoy. It has 2 bedrooms. One bedroom has a queen bed. The other bedroom has a twin daybed will pull out twin trundle bed. The second bedroom can double as a "living room," since there is no separate or specific living room space. It also has a full bathroom with a shower (no tub). It has a kitchenette equipped with a microwave, small refrigerator, air fryer, and toaster. There is also a coffee maker in the master bedroom. There is NO stove, oven, or dishwasher. All silverware, dishes, and cups are included. There is also no official dining area, but here are two small 2 seater tables in the hallway for your use. There is also a large shared patio and small shared backyard. The backyard and patio area is fully fenced. The front patio is reserved for the permanent tenants only.

Guests will enter through the side gate with The Squeaky Wheel sign. They will then enter the Squeaky Wheel entrance door from the patio. We use a keyless entry system.
Other things to note
You will share the driveway with permanent residents. So please do not block them in. Two cars fit in the driveway. Any additional cars must park on the street. Also always be mindful of your noise for the neighbors and permanent residents of the home. The neighboring apartment also has cats in the home. We would not recommend people allergic to cats to stay with us due to the shared doorway. As of May 2025, there is construction of a new house going on next door. The workers generally work Mon-Fri from sunrise until 5pm or so.
