3 bedrooms , one with ensuite bathroom. A large Family bathroom with shower and separate bath. 2 separate toilets. There is also an outside shower with hot water. Well equipped kitchen, huge living area, and wide verandahs. There is a large loft that is suitable for school age children (but not in the middle of Summer)
This home will easily and comfortably accommodate 6 adults
The home is set in 8 acres ( 3 hectares ) of Jarrah/Marri bush with abundant local flora and a family of kangaroos.
Margaret River township with its many cafes and eating places is 3 Km away and an pleasant walk. Wineries, swimming and surfing beaches and many tourist attractions are nearby.
The bushland setting means that the home retains privacy and a sense of being in the forest whilst being very convenient to town, beaches and wineries.
A very comfortable home in a great location.
This is not a "party" house. We have neighbours who appreciate their tranquility too.
Excessive numbers of people and noise are not welcome.

Summary: We loved our stay in this gorgeous home. We had everything we needed. The beds were comfortable and lots of sleeping area options. The table tennis was a great surprise for the kids and the Kangaroos we had visit us everyday was just great. If you have little kids, the stairs to the loft are quite steep. Also the loft had a large window that does not have a screen on it so might be an idea to go up with them to avoid an accident. It rained for a full day on our trip so the millipedes came out in force inside and outside of the house, which wouldn't be a big deal other than my 18 month old wanting to play with them. It is a great house in a stunning setting so would recommend.

Summary: A beautiful house in the middle of the forest with easy access to town. We saw kangaroos eating grass while we had breakfast and saw 3 ringtail possums on the trees just behind the house at night - what a unique experience! The house was full of nice touches and very comfortable. Can't wait to go back again!

Summary: Very well set up with everything one needs. Quiet, serene, forested surrounds, kangaroos, sweeping outlook from main living area. Near town and beach. Our second stay and will be back (if they'll have us!).

Summary: Our second stay at Kevill Cottage. Absolutely love this place! The perfect spot to wind down and relax. We didn’t want to leave… the location is perfect, everything was clean and had everything there we could have needed. My kids are already asking when we can visit again. Summary: James booked us an outstanding stay at your lovely, peaceful place in Margaret River. We all liked the setting plus the lack of annoying flies and mosquitoes. Being New Zealanders from cooler climes in Taupo we enjoyed the mild nights too. Your house is pretty wonderful with excellent facilities, comfortable beds, a great kitchen with a pantry which provided condiments most of us forget to bring and a living area which is conducive to a lovely relaxing stay. Everything works well from the hot water,  to appliances, to being available to talk to someone when something confuses new traveler’s.The cleanliness was impressive so thank you for taking that extra bit of care. Always appreciated, so a big thank you from the three of us. We saw kangaroos, briefly, doing a pass through, resident kookaburras and inquisitive magpies plus a few large lizards. A very quiet place and so relaxing. Well done, you have done a super job making a country retreat which has that extra zing. Hopefully we will make a return journey in the not too distant future.
