Positive: Staff were great, liked our second room. Breakfast was good.
Negative: When we checked in we were given a horrible room which was full of mosquitos, old and it looked like the toilet was leaking urine as was wet and smelt. We upgraded to the new building and room was a lot nicer we didn't get the option for this room originally. Breakfast was so busy we couldn't get a table but food was good. Hotel was noisy with kids running around pressing our door bell at 7am

Positive: The location on the shores of Lake Toba is superb. The breakfast is also excellent.
Negative: The shower facilities were not good - only a handheld shower which was not able to be afjusted in height or direction when mounted which resulted in water everywhere in the bathroom.
Summary: Beautiful location but rooms need to be upgraded and modernised.
