2 bed, 2 bath, 2 car garage, furnished, free WiFi. 1 acre, fully fenced, lots of room for kids & dogs to play or adults to relax in the quiet neighborhood. Located on a short dead end street, so there's very low traffic flow. Well lit at night for security. Entrance to the Suncoast Trail (hiking/ biking/ walking) is located approx. 400 feet from the property so it's super convenient access if you want to utilize it. Pets allowed with deposit.
Conveniently located; This rural neighborhood is far enough away to be peaceful, quiet, and relaxed but still has quick access to everything you need. Examples include: 20 minutes from Weeki Wachee Springs State Park and Attraction (go see the mermaids, or swim in the cool, crystal clear spring fed waters!), lots of options for waterfront dining within 20-30 minutes, approx. 45 minutes from Tampa International Airport, less than an hour to Busch Gardens, and less than 2 hours from Walt Disney World.
If you're a boater/ fisherman/ scalloper there's plenty of space to park your boat/ trailer and there are several boat ramps within 20-30 minutes of the house.
There is a commercial ice machine in the shop, so plenty of ice is available - just coordinate with the property manager.
Home also has a 30/50amp full RV hookup (power, water, septic) if you have an RV or want to have friends/family come stay with their RV.

Summary: The house is like new and the fenced in property is a perfect spot to hang out. Close enough to Tampa for a fast ride to the airport but far enough away to avoid traffic day to day and have plenty of privacy. Both Paul and Dennis were a pleasure to work with. Highly recommend this rental for anyone looking to stay in the area.
