Quiet, private retreat with stunning views of Hardy's Bay and/or Bouddi National Park from every room. Ten minutes from Killcare beach and Hardy's Bay cafes. With the Bay in front and bush behind, Bouddi Retreat is the perfect place to rest, relax and enjoy time with friends and family in a beautiful natural environment. The house has plenty of space inside and out for enjoying the passing parade of Bay activity and birdlife during the day, sunsets and twinkling lights at night.
It has 3 queen bedrooms, one with ensuite and a 4th bedroom with two single beds. It also has a large living room with a smart TV, games and books, study/library, kitchen, dining, and large deck with Weber BBQ and outdoor dining.
The house is perfect for family groups as it is large with multiple living spaces and a well equipped kitchen and is 15 minutes from the cafes of Hardys Bay and Killcare beach.
It has 30 steps from the parking area to an inclinator which takes you up to the house. There are also stairs for guests who want some extra exercise!
It has on site parking for two cars and a laundry with washing machine and dryer.
It is quiet and peaceful with great variety of birds and beautiful view from most rooms.

Summary: Loved our stay at Killcare - such a beautiful spot with amazing views over tranquil Hardys Bay from all over the house - had everything we needed - lots of places to walk and Putty Beach is a highlight. Marcia was a lovely host. Thoroughly recommended.

Summary: We were very impressed by the size and cleanliness of the property. The house was air conditioned both in the main room and in each bedroom but with opening balcony doors and letting the breeze through, the air con was not needed much. Stunning views of the bay and tucked away in a quiet street. We will definitely stay here again.

Summary: Spent a beautiful winter's weekend with our extended family here. Views were simply gorgeous and the home was very comfortable, equipped with heating and electric blankets for a cosy stay. Enjoyed the nearby walks at Bouddi National Park as well as a stroll to the local coffee shop and cafe. The neighbourhood is full of friendly faces and everyone is quite welcoming. Will be back another time!

Summary: This beautifully furnished and presented house perched above Hardys Bay has views to die for from every room in the house. We spent hours whiling away our time gazing across at the ever changing colours of the water. Peaceful living room, wrap around deck with barbeque, a reading nook / library with view of a soaring eucalypt forest. Really gorgeous, gorgeous gorgeous. We took the hostesses advice and did the lovely Bouddi coastal walk one day, popped down to the Fat goose for bread and coffee and indulged in massages at the Spa View Killcare. Heaven. Lovely and clean with handy tea, coffee, spices and pantry basics were provided. I could not find a fault and will defintely return.
