Positive: Everything was fine, rooms were very clean and comfortable. Overall we had a pleasant stay, staff is helpful, they provide good and fast laundry service and the location is great, very well connected with the main areas but not in the touristic chaos of the main roads. ATM, shops and great restaurants just around the corner. I would recommend it for value for money.
Negative: Only things: breakfast was not amazing to be honest, and it was in another facility, but still decent if you don't have expectation. Some issues with water temperature in the shower, was not always warm.

Positive: Nice hotel, big room with comfy beds. TV had Netflix. They offered lots of boat trips and shuttles to various locations. Wi-Fi was good
Negative: Breakfast was minimal, local dishes. We did not think it was worth getting up for on the last day. Saying that, it then took us 2 hours to find somewhere else to eat late morning. Bai Chay area felt deserted with little to do (other than boat trips) and little options for eating out

Positive: We booked this hotel last minute, for a quick stop after a night bus. We were able to check in at 3am which was sooo helpful! The room was very comfortable and had 2 double beds. The shower was hot and had a TV with Netflix. We wished we could’ve stayed longer! In the morning we were leaving for a boat cruise but needed to get some laundry done and then hotel staff said we could leave it with them and pick it up the next day. The washing was indeed all clean, dry and ready for us the next day after our cruise!

Positive: I stayed in the large room with balcony and had a great stay! The hosts are great and can arrange everything for you from motorbikes to Ha Long tours. The prices they offer are much better than the prices at the pier for example. The beds are very comfortable, there is no outside noise so it is a great place to relax. I would definitely stay here again :)

Positive: + This is a beautiful guest house run by a wonderful couple Kim and his wife, they are incredibly welcoming, helpful and kind. I came here on holiday and was invited to have a wonderful dinner with the family, it was a very special meal. Comfortable beds, really quiet but central location, everything new and clean. I loved my stay here, thank you so much Kim and Emma!
