Positive: Very warm welcome from the two at the front desk. Beautiful property. We laid out by the pool. Amazing breakfast. A very clean and comfortable room.

Positive: Food was lovely but expensive. Staff were friendly and helpful.
Negative: Resort feels very dated and in need of a refresh. There was no cutlery/crockery, toaster in the room. For the $400+ per night we were very disappointed with the house keeping. We had to ask most days for toilet paper to be replenished. Room wasn't cleaned, just fresh towels and bed made. Food and drinks were very pricey.

Positive: The room was very roomy and comfortable. The breakfast and restaurant was exceptional. The staff helpful. The laundry facilities were excellent.
Negative: People upstairs smoking and ashing on our outdoor furniture. The house keeping staff were quick to clean up the mess. The swimming pool was due for an upgrade.

Positive: The staff would have to be best we have ever met. Friendly Thoughtful Helpful
Negative: It may sound trivial but the freezer was iced up and the toilet seat was a bit loose but apart from that we would definitely recommend our family and friends to stay at the Kimberley Sands.
