Full house in quiet neighborhood in Auburn proper, so great for work stays or remote WFH. 6 minutes to destinations in downtown auburn and just 2 minutes from local restraints, grocery stores and more. 10 minute drive to fantastic trails on the American river where you can take our two provided bikes on a scenic spin! Quiet, family friendly amenities and location, with plenty of parking!

--Two bedrooms with queen beds.
--Air mattress and linens available for common area.
--Collapsable baby crib.
--Full 2nd bath with shower and tub.
--Fully stocked kitchen with great accessories!
--Indoor dining and living rooms and fantastic private outdoor living spaces including a fire pit and outdoor dining area.
*There are three small stair steps between the living room and the hallway with bathroom/bedrooms, and two small stair steps up to kitchen/dining area.
You will have full and sole access to the entire house and outdoor living areas, garage and additional parking spaces. Come and go as you please! Our house is equipped with electronic locks so you never have to worry about carrying keys.
A few hundred yards away from Ikeda's Farmers Market, and a couple minute walk to Awful Annie's or Burrito Taqueria restaurants. There is a motel next door on the garage side of the house, but separated by a privacy fence and some space. Quiet street and neighborhood!
Conveniently grab an Uber, taxi or other ride-sharing service and be anywhere in town in minutes.
No Smoking allowed anywhere on premises. No pets allowed. There are two external security camera looking at driveway and house entrance. One night stays are only valid for Sunday through Thursday nights. Weekends are a minimum of two nights.

Summary: The property was comfortable and spacious. The only surprise we had was a visit on night 1 from a skunk that sprayed somewhere near the front entrance and had to get every air cleaner out that were in every closet to be able to breath! Yes, it was that strong.

Summary: Plenty of room for six adults and a one year old. Really nice bathrooms and HUGE fluffy towels. Kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. Appreciated the supply of K-Cups for the Keurig . Perfect location for a wedding in Foresthill. Would stay here again when in Auburn. Thank you Joshua

Summary: We really enjoyed our stay. Ikedas across the street became our kids’ favorite place for “treats” and daily stop for fresh fruit. Proximity to Lake Clementine, American River, and many parks and nature areas made it the perfect home base. We visited during a heat wave and had a little sugar ant visit during our stay but Joshua was super responsive and quick to address it. The decks became our hangout spots and great place to enjoy the evening breeze and views. We will return!

Summary: This house was quite the surprise, there were large screen TVs in EVERY bedroom and one in the living room. Because we had 3 people who also are working together, having a TV in each room really allowed each of us to have our own space when needed. We also loved all the appliances and used everyone during our stay. The patio is spacious and has plenty of seating with every room having access. Overall we had an awesome time and really loved the house and hope to stay there next time I’m in the area.
