You will love this cozy home within walking distance of Olivet Nazarene University! A great place to bring the family as we are close to the Perry Farm Park which have bike and walking paths for the family to enjoy. The living room has a 65-inch smart TV and very comfortable leather couch, loveseat & rocker recliner furniture to relax in. The kitchen has all stainless steel appliances including the dishwasher microwave stove refrigerator. It is stocked with everything you need should you choose to make your meals at the home. All you need is the groceries! We do have some spices and oil for your use! There is a Keurig coffee pot with coffee creams and sugar for your enjoyment. We also supply a drip coffee maker for those that like more than one cup. The full tub and shower bathroom is bright and clean! The master bedroom has a king size bed with a 55" smart tv. The second bedroom has a super comfy queen size bed. The 3rd bedroom has a queen size bed with 55" smart tv...For the little ones in the family we supply a pack and play & high chair. We also have a queen-size deluxe airbed which is also in the home. There are also extra sheets, pillows and blankets if you need them. The home has forced air gas heat and central air to make sure that you're comfortable year-round. There's also a laundry room with complimentary detergent. There is a detached one-car garage for your use. We do have a charcoal grill if you wish to use with complimentary charcoal and lighter fluid. The home is very conveniently located near restaurants shopping. As a host I do everything possible to ensure that you have an excellent visit! You may request anything and I will be sure to have it for you before you arrive. The home has a smart Lock for your safety and convenience of not having to use a key.

Summary: The house was as listed and the pictures are accurate. Ami was very attentive to questions and getting us the information needed for the house. We were able to spread out and enjoy our grown family and grand baby while in town for a funeral. Plenty of parking for the 3 vehicles we had. Quiet neighborhood near the high school and plenty of restaurants near by.

Summary: We had a great stay here! We had meeting so we weren’t at the property except to sleep, but the location was good. I loved the charm and character of the older home style but updated amenities and enjoyed reading the story of the home.

Summary: The house was a great central location for a few destinations we were traveling to. It had ample space for three adults and added bonus of being able to bring a dog. Was clean, well kept, comfortable and the property manager was easy to get a hold of when we had a question. Good overall stay.
