Summary: The apartment was quite nice and is in a great location. The only complaint we had was that the TV was not working and we could not get the owner/property manager to fix the problem. They also need to replace the towels with new ones as the ones provided to us were worn out.

Summary: Pros - The location was absolutely amazing and the host was easy to communicate with.Cons - Unfortunately, we had a lot of issues with the apartment mainly due to misleading information on the listing. We also did not find the space to be comfortable for 6 people at all. There were four twin beds and one couch. My teenage son slept on the couch. Thankfully, he was okay with this arrangement. Otherwise, it would have been a real issue since there were no additional beds. We also were sent to the wrong apartment initially and had to pay for a cab and hotel the first night (non refundable) before everything was sorted out so it was very frustrating experience. That being said, we did love the location and neighborhood.

Summary: Very frustrating experience - the internet went out and it took days to have it repaired. The stove didn’t work and I asked the guy who fixed the internet to look at it - it wasn’t even plugged in. It worked for one day. I texted the repair guy and he never replied. The pool wasn’t available as advertised. The bed and shower are good and the location is excellent. I spent hours on the phone with VRBO and they were of no help.

Summary: Overall very happy with the apartment. The apartment is as described and besides the pool being under construction, everything worked well. Ths owner was even willing to pay for us to use the YMCA pool instead. We were pleased with our stay and would stay here again.

Summary: For four people, this is a very good property. Great location, clean. Only minor concerns - it is a little confusing finding where to park (behind the car station underground) and it is a bit challenging getting to the apartment the first time (you need a fob to get up the elevator unless you use the side entrance). Otherwise, the property really only sleeps four comfortably and due to the proximity with the street it can be a little noisy, but it was clean and the location is really great so no complaints. Owner of the property was responsive and a pleasure to work with so I would overall recommend.
