Positive: We really enjoyed the villa, there were about 18 people and there was room for everyone. The villa is very spacious and inviting, it has plenty of seating and green space, and the pool in the yard was a refreshing bonus in the hot Jerusalem summer. Jonathan, the host, welcomed us warmly and took care of everything we asked for. I recommend it to anyone looking for peace and quiet in Jerusalem!

Positive: We had a good stay at this villa, it is spacious and well located though there are definitely some points of improvement. The host was great, very responsive and helpful - he also gave us a good person to talk to for transport from the airport and to the Dead Sea. Location is also a big plus - there is a big supermarket 3 minutes walk from the house and the old town with all its sights was only 15 min walk away. In terms of the house itself - the common areas were very spacious and with enough seating around the table for all 13 guests.
Negative: The house itself was quite clean but something that came as a surprise to us is that the bedrooms are stacked. So to reach 2 of the bedrooms you actually have to pass through other bedrooms - giving the whole thing a bit of a dormitory feeling and meaning you have to wake others to pass through their bedroom to get to the hall/bathroom/rest of the house. The beds themselves were comfortable and clean but overall furnishings in the bedrooms were quite basic and didn’t look as nice as the pictures suggested. Some of the bathrooms are nice and modern but at least one of them looked quite tired and outdated. While it was nice to have the outside areas they could have been cleaner and again looked a lot more tired than the pictures of the listing suggested. Overall it’s a good place to stay to visit Jerusalem with a larger group but considering the price and what it looked like on the pictures we expected something a bit more up market than what it is.
