Positive: Super helpful staff! Amazing location, very spacious room with a big window. They also suggest Turkish coffee for free which is very cute

Negative: It's difficult to balance hot and cold water while taking a shower

Positive: I booked a one-day stay at the hotel. I liked it so much that I stayed for another five days. The location is fantastic, just a minute from the metro and tram lines and within walking distance of all the tourist attractions. It's truly impossible to find a hotel like this for this price. I recommend it to everyone. As a woman, I stayed in a truly safe hotel. Erdoğan was very helpful and responsive to all my questions. I will definitely be back.

Negative: There is no elevator, but this is already written in booking.com.

Negative: Flooding under the floorboards when there was a storm. There is a nightclub a couple doors down that plays music so loud you can hear every word through the walls; earplugs are no help.
