Positive: Location was good. Free drink on arrival was a nice touch. Room was nice and large. Very comfy. Bathroom was good. Food was amazing.

Negative: Room was a bit tired and needed a thorough clean behind the sofa and cobwebs on the ceiling. No milk in the room. Evidence of damp all around the ceiling and walls. Breakfast menu was a bit limited. Ie fruit selection was a choice of an orange or an apple. No hot chocolate.

Negative: No milk on first day in rooms , we had 2 rooms and nothing in both of them. Second night milk arrived. Only an Apple offered for fruit offering at breakfast.

Negative: The shower temperature was difficult to navigate. The water was very hot but hard to see which way to turn on the cold to moderate it.

Positive: On arrival the staff were excellent. The assistant manager introduced himself, he was informative, clear and made us feel very welcome. We had dinner both nights and all the evening staff were excellent. Friendly and nothing was too much trouble.
