Positive: Being located on the beach front with a pub and restaurant is a real bonus. The room was reasonably clean and the bed was very comfortable.

Negative: The bathroom was let down by the shower glass, which looked like it had seen better days.

Negative: Checkin closes at 5pm, not 6pm (as advertised on booking) - make sure to give them a headsup for the key safe for later check-ins
