Negative: The parking at the hotel was not good. You are not guaranteed a space near your rooms. Our room's phones didn't work.

Positive: We loved how quiet and peaceful our stay was. We were very comfortable, the staff was amazing. Ms.Tara was an absolute life saver and made us feel very welcomed and taken care of. The young lady at check-in I believe her name is Najae, my apologies if I didn't pronounce it correctly. But, she was amazing, very polite, well spoken, super patient when it was a line of people, and made everyone feel attended to as if they were the only people there.

Negative: We had an amazing stay! But, there were no extra blankets or pillows anywhere in the unit.
