Summary: Great location, clean, incredible well stock with everything you need!! Kitchen has great updated appliances and well stocked cabinets to make cooking easy. The bedrooms and bathrooms are very nice and accessible for my older parents. They have all the beach items you will need and more you did not realize you needed! The sunset is right in front of you and the stargazing from the upstairs porch is second to none. Everything was so easy from booking, to checkin, questions while we're there and check out. Thanks you. Would strongly recommend and look forward to staying here again!!!

Summary: Very thorough description of use and components of the property. A lot of upgraded equipment and supplies with every detail thought out. Comfortable beds and accommodations. We basically went to the grocery store once for food/beverages only, everything else needed was available on the property. Wonderful treats left for us as gifts!! Bottled water, soda, coffee, tea, and the Rum was an unexpected but excellent surprise!! St Croix is beautiful and we had the best view/beach right from the property!! Watched a cruise ship come in. Snorkeling right out front!! Hosts went above and beyond!! We’ll DEFINITELY be back. Felt safe and secure the whole time, easy to just concentrate on fun and relaxation!!

Summary: King's Ocean Beach House and property is beautiful. It is extremely clean and well cared for. The hosts are attentive and very helpful. The location of this home is directly on the beach. The water is beautiful and warm when we were there. (End of November). We were very comfortable and had everything we could have possibly needed. This property is located so close to "downtown" Frederiksted that you are literally immersed in the "local" scene and vibe. I highly recommend King's Ocean Beach House if you are looking for a true Island beach getaway.

Summary: We loved this house so much it was stunning. We felt so welcomed. The owners left thoughtful gifts for us. We made memories of love, laughter and peacefulness. Mornings of coffee on the beautiful porch, days of unhurried visiting, evenings of sunsets, nights of stargazing from the spectacular crow’s nest all reveled for a lifetime of remembrance. The amenities were grand too many to list. The kitchen had anything that you could need and more. It was a chef’s paradise. I want that kitchen. The outside grill we used everyday. The beds were comfortable. The bathrooms were well stocked and luxurious. There was outside toys such as snorkeling gear, boogie boards, and beach chairs to name a few. The only thing I found that was missing and it is such a minor thing I hate to even mention it because most would not think twice about it, was yoga mats. I exercised every day on the porch and this would have been beneficial. I would highly recommend anyone thinking of staying here just push the button it was well worth it. Summary: Staying at King's Ocean Beach House was an incredible experience from the moment we walked through the door. The location and beach access was perfect and the views of the Caribbean sunsets were truly a sight to behold. The exceptional cleanliness and attention to details were what really gave this property the "wow" factor though. The home is clean, beautiful, very tastefully decorated, and the robes and towels with the house logo made it feel like a private five-star hotel, just for our family. The hosts would have been easy to reach, although we had no reason to contact them because everything about our stay was perfect. St. Croix is awesome, and staying at King's Ocean Beach House made for a very memorable way to explore what the island has to offer!

Summary: Kings Ocean Beach House is a beautiful property with every amenity you can imagine. The views are incredible and the accommodations were very comfortable. The kitchen is a dream even an accomplished chef would appreciate. The property offers several lounging areas including, a garden patio with a beautiful water feature, a rear covered porch where one can take in the ocean waves and beautiful sunsets, and The Crow’s Nest which is perfect for a morning Nespresso while enjoying picturesque views of the ocean. With the ocean literally steps away from the back door, snorkeling, paddle boarding, and swimming are convent at any time of the day. A short walk up the beach brings you to a fun restaurant with good food and daily drink specials. From the welcome gifts to the branded towels and robes this property provided comfort usually reserved high end resorts. We look forward to our next visit to Kings Ocean Beach House.

Summary: We absolutely loved our stay! The was better than we could've imagined! We stayed for ten days and I wish I could've stayed longer. The house is located close to quite a few shops. I highly recommend going to Polly's and ordering a latte. It's so good! We went paddle boarding almost everyday. We highly recommend doing it at night too. One night we saw the jellyfish glowing in the water (they were reflecting the porch light). Another night we went on a kayaking tour in one of the bioluminescent bays and it was so fun! The whole island is very beautiful and quick to get around. We tried to explored all we could. There are so many places to hike and the views are amazing! We absolutely loved our stay and want yo go back! I would recommend staying here to anyone and everyone!

Summary: We stayed at Kings Ocean Beach House for a week and could not have enjoyed it more! The beach is literally steps outside the door. We went swimming and paddle boarding every day. You must to walk all the way down to the right and you will find intact conch shells! The snorkeling down at the pier is perfect as well! The sunsets every night were just amazing to watch from the rooftop deck. We spent hours relaxing on the large back deck listening to the waves, and the garden out front is perfect in the warm evenings. We loved having the kitchen with top of the line appliances so that we could cook some meals at the home. The a/c was perfect; no worrying about being hot or humid inside. The house has great Wifi so I could stay connected to my clients for work. Just 8 minutes down the road in Frederiksted there were great restaurants and bars. We only had to go 30 minutes and we were in Christiansted for shopping and more places to eat. We highly recommend a boat tour to Buck Island and kayaking on the Salt River to see the bioluminescence. When we came back to the house every day after our outings, the living rooms and beds were so comfortable to hang out and sleep in. The hosts provided all of the amenities we could possibly need. Anytime we had a question we texted and they answered right away. They also offered suggestions on all of the unique things to do on the island. This is by far the best VRBO rental we have ever stayed at!

Summary: This home is a magical, tropical paradise! From the moment we got out of the car we were instantly relaxed. You’re greeted by a spectacular fountain and beautiful tropical plants and trees surrounding the home. When you enter the home, you’re surrounded by luxury….and a view of the ocean! This home has unparalleled attention to details. I love that the 100 year old rock walls, and original mahogany are still there, but they’ve added every modern luxury possible…from surround sound in the tv room, air conditioning, internet/wifi, top appliances, beautiful hand painted murals, luxurious bathrooms, and it is also beautifully decorated. Everything looks new and is spotless clean. All the attention the owners put into the details made me feel like royalty! Our favorite part of this home were the crow’s nest and covered patio overlooking the ocean! We had breakfast every morning sitting on the covered patio. We watched two cruise ships come into Frederiksted and one morning saw a sting ray jump out of the ocean! We enjoyed using the barbecue on the patio and eating watching and listening to the waves. At night we sat out on the crow’s nest and watched the sunset…magical! (I know I said that already…but it is!) We never ran out of things to do. We relaxed on the beach…which is literally 7 steps off the patio! And of course, as we walked out the door, there were beach towels for us. The snorkeling right in front of the house was so much fun…lots of beautiful fish. We took a walk west down the beach every day and searched for sea glass and chaney. It’s a beautiful beach without any homes. We also went on a horseback riding adventure from this same beach. Our favorite dinner and drink spot, Rhythms at Rainbow Beach, was just a 3 minute walk east down the beach…fish tacos and the Lime in De Coconut drink were our favorites. We rented wave runners at Rainbow beach which was a lot of fun. Just a short drive east is the cute town of Frederiksted. There are a few cute shops, wonderful restaurants, scuba rentals, and we took a relaxing sunset boat tour that left from here. We spent some time exploring the entire island and playing at different beaches. We agreed the best beach on the island was right in front of us! The King’s Ocean team was wonderful to work with! Friendly and always accommodating! We can’t wait for our next vacation at King’s Ocean!
