3 Bedroom House in Bethel

Comfortable 3 bedroom Open Concept Home. The Master Bedroom features a King size bed with a plush comfort mattress and a modern style En suite bathroom with a modern single sink vanity and a stall shower and now separated with a recently added barn door between the bathroom and bedroom for privacy. The second Bedroom is next to the master and is smaller with a Twin XL Bunk bed. The Third Bedroom is off the Living Area and features a Queen bed. All Bedrooms include Bureaus. The two larger bedrooms have night tables with lamps. The main bathroom for the house is newly renovated with a wood look tile floor, new vanity and tub/shower unit. The Kitchen is open to the living room which features a wood burning fireplace (please ask us ahead of time if you would like to build a fire otherwise it is not to be used), with a large TV above the mantle, and a pool table area behind the couch with the open concept kitchen which has granite counter top and stainless Farmhouse style sink. There is also a stainless slide in range with an electric glass cooktop. Additionally, the kitchen has a dishwasher and refrigerator. A Keurig coffee maker is provided as are dishes, pots/pans and flatware. New GE Washer and Dryer are also provided and are located in a small room off the kitchen. For entertainment the home features a Pool table, Wireless internet, and a video game room. There is a great backyard patio area with fire pit in a private country setting. No pets allowed, and no smoking. Exit 3 off I-89 Close to Barnard VT. The home is about 5 minutes from Silver Lake State Park in Barnard, 15 minutes to Saskedena Six ski area in Pomfret, VT, 20 minutes to Woodstock VT, 35 minute drive to Killington/Pico Mountains.

Summary: This is our 3rd summer vacation staying at this property, and we keep coming back because we love it so much! The location is perfect for mornings at the lake, short road trips to attractions and tourist spots and the house is super family friendly. The hosts do a wonderful job maintaining the property, they have great amenities and are quick to respond to messages. We hope to come back again in the future!

Summary: Mandy and Rich were amazing right out of the gate! So helpful, super nice and welcoming. Their home is lovely and is situated on a large, private lot. Very tastefully decorated and updated. The master bedroom is en suite which was a huge perk for us. It also has a large walk in closet. Bed was very comfortable. Spare rooms were both decent sized. Kitchen was well appointed. The fireplace and pool tables made for cozy, fun nights after we were done exploring surrounding towns. Highly recommended! You will not be disappointed.

Summary: We enjoyed our stay very much! The kids enjoyed playing pool and we especially enjoyed the second bathroom! Everything was clean and spacious. Nice, quiet stay away from the noise of traffic or neighbors. Would definitely stay again!
