Positive: Beautiful facility, appreciated the gated parking lot in addition to building and door codes. Pool was nice, many other guests had guests come over to use the pool, which didn't allow for a lot of use, had to work around them as they took over the pool on a number of occasions (they were in the street facing side of the units - maybe those are owned? The walkout patio right to the pool made this particular unit very attractive and on the first floor was helpful (I have some mobility issues and use a cane). Thank you, we had a great time!
Negative: See above regarding guests of guests.
Summary: Lovely rental, the beach chairs were really valuable to us, security and location to village

Positive: Waking distance (1 block) to Mallery St. Sufficient parking at the back for big trucks like ours. However, it would be nice if there was a loading and unloading zone up front where the lobby door is located. We later found out that the back door on the first floor of the property has a broken lock, therefore it was easy to get in and out after a day of exploring.  The unit was sufficiently provided with everything you need. Just confirm what kind of coffee maker they have in the unit. Based on the photos that we seen, we thought it was a drip coffee maker that was provided. We were wrong when we got in late that night, and discovered that it was a Keurig instead. But, the next morning, we did find a Keurig basket for the ground so that worked out OK. 
Negative: If you are going to make breakfast in the unit, I recommend you bring your own omelette pan. The Pan that was in the particular unit we were in was flimsy and scratched up and immediately smoked up which caused the smoke alarm to go off. Also, the cooktop is electric with the glass surfaces. I am accustomed to gas, but despite the low setting that I had the burner on, the pan seem to heat up real quick!

Positive: The location was perfect if you like to frequent the Pier Village area. The condo was very clean, easily accessible, comfortable, and stylish. I loved the big ceiling fans, appliances, and shower, too.
Negative: The people above us were incredibly loud. It could just be the way the building was made, but we heard every footstep, luggage rolling, chair leg scraping, running, etc. This may not bother some people, especially those accustomed to apartment living. But for those who aren’t used to this and have a hard time relaxing or sleeping through it, it might not be the best choice. The outlet in the cabinet above the range where the microwave is plugged in doesn’t work. The microwave worked just fine once I retrieved my power strip/surge protector and plugged in into the coffee maker/electric kettle outlet. The only other thing to mention is the poolside furniture, specifically tables, need repairing/replacing.

Positive: Everything was incredible. The best place to stay in St Simons, by far.
Negative: I would rather check in earlier and leave later but as well as they clean the rooms they obviously have to have plenty of time because they are immaculate!
