Positive: Nice lady at reception and I was upgraded to King Size Room, rather than Queen size I had booked online. Comfortable room and bed with ensuite and microwave.

Positive: I liked it had microwave, jug and toaster. They should promote that.

Negative: I would of liked to leave the room ac on while i was away from the room to keep it warm for when i returned.
