Positive: Fantastic views of the loch from the bedroom. Super comfy bed and pillows with a good size bedroom and bathroom. Staff went out of their way to make me a packed lunch as a substitute for my breakfast as we left for the day well before breakfast was served.

Negative: Nothing to dislike. Last food orders were at 8pm which was a little early for our liking.

Summary: Lovely views with relaxing bar and restaurant serving a good choice of food and beers.

Positive: Beautiful location at the end of the loch, lots of parking on-site, amazing breakfast, super friendly staff, good bar/restaurant in the property, loved the dog!

Negative: Room was a bit outdated, but still nice and comfortable. Some hairs left on the shower wall, and the bath towel had quite a large stain on it

Positive: The location is fantastic and the staff are all so friendly and helpful

Negative: ▪︎The outside door to the room didn't lock as the door didn't line up flush with the frame, needs looking at/replacing. ▪︎More than 1 chair in a room for 2 would have been appreciated ▪︎The bathroom sink is minute & has a shelf just above it, which made it hard work to shave and brush teeth without spilling water everywhere. ▪︎No added touches, which for the high price used to be a nice treat after a long drive. The first time staying here, we were greeted with a lovely little hamper of goodies, with snacks and bottled water, etc, but never again. ▪︎The option of a reduced price for guests who can not stay for breakfast due to having to depart early would be appreciated

Positive: Its location! The bedroom was lovely and the dining area for the evening meal was excellent with a great atmosphere.

Negative: The dining area for breakfast had great views but it felt clinical. The reception could be better signposted, we entered through the bar.

Negative: Reception was not in use due to staff shortages but no-one had changed directional sign to direct us to the bar instead

Positive: Very clean with quality furniture etc, excellent location, good atmosphere and very friendly staff, great evening meal and great breakfast and overall an excellent stay.

Negative: Not much to complain about here, although our shower had issues with pressure but more a mechanical problem, but reported to reception for them to investigate.

Summary: Would highly recommend this hotel, felt at home.
