Positive: Kippal is a nice small hotel in the center of Cozumel. The apartment has everything you need for your stay. If you need anything Mike is always available and ready to assist you. The infinity pool at the roof is amazing, very clean and with a great view of the city and surrounding. We had a great stay at Kippal, for sure recommend it!

Positive: Clean, the view, rooms and service.
Negative: The location walking is not the best. Outdoor rails, open view seem little loose I didn't feel safe for kids, but im usually very uneasy with my kids. Breakfast is like too simple, it's more like a grab and go.

Positive: Absolutely loved this place. The room was so spacious, clean and comfortable for a 3 night stay. My husband and I dove almost every day and the location was perfect for the dive shop we went to. The rooftop pool was amazing and the staff were excellent. It’s a great place if you want to be a bit outside the busy area and have options for cheaper / more authentic dining. We will definitely be back when we go to Cozumel again.

Positive: Our stay at Kippal ApartHotel was fantastic! The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, always quick to respond to our questions via WhatsApp both before and during our stay. We were a large group and had several rooms, all of which were nicely decorated and provided the comfort and convenience of staying in an apartment. The air conditioning was excellent! The location was perfect, with a supermarket nearby and within walking distance to great restaurants and bars. The rooftop pool was a real highlight, offering the perfect spot to watch the stunning sunsets. Highly recommend, better than an Airbnb!
Negative: Not a big deal, it would have been nice if the rooms were equipped with plastic cups to take drinks up to the pool.
