Positive: I had a great stay. The room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. Kirk cottage was quiet and I slept well. The breakfast was fantastic. Alison was very welcoming and I felt very welcome at Kirk cottage. Thank you. I'll definitely stay at Kirk Cottage when I return to Mull.

Positive: Quaint home, high on the hill above Tobermoray. Host very welcoming. Room very well appointed. Breakfast and dining area very well planned.
Negative: The huge walk up and down the hill to get into town!! Getting to old for this strenuous exercise!! Our room had a view over the back yard, which was well maintained.
Summary: Pleasant stay, lots of stairs with luggage and huge climb up the hill to come home from dinner.

Positive: I had such a lovely stay at this B&B! The hosts were warm and welcoming, making me feel right at home from the moment I arrived. The room was compact but spotless and very comfortable — perfect for a relaxing night’s sleep. The highlight, though, was definitely the breakfast! There were so many delicious options to choose from — fresh croissants, smoked salmon, fruit, and more — all beautifully presented and absolutely delicious. You can tell a lot of care and thought goes into everything they do here. I’d highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a charming and comfortable stay with an exceptional breakfast.
Negative: The location was at the top of the hill, so it was a bit of a slug with my heavy pack; but thats on me!
Summary: A perfect blend of comfort, warmth, and amazing food — a truly delightful stay from start to finish.

Positive: We’ve just enjoyed an extremely comfortable stay for three nights, the hosts Alison & Graham welcomed you and couldn’t do enough for you, they certainly go the extra mile, rooms very comfortable with lots of added extras, even a wee dram of decanted whisky and chocolate ( my favourite ) The breakfast is continental with everything you could possibly need including fresh local smoked salmon, lots off choice. Would we stay again ? Without a hesitation, one of the best B & Bs we’ve stayed in, can’t wait.

Positive: Oh my goodness. Where to start! The hosts were marvellous! So friendly and so kind. Picking me up with my luggage, and also dropping me down the hill when I checked out as I couldn't get a taxi. The room was wonderful. Decor was extremely stylish and everything was ABSOLUTELY SPOTLESS! Thank you so so much. I hope to come again. I especially liked the lovely chair in my room which was a joy to sit and listen to all the birds. The bathroom was amazing. All the little touches were well thought out, and as I said, the decor was really lovely. I didn't want to leave. Breakfast. Well. What to say. I am a lover of smoked salmon and I can honestly confirm this was the BEST salmon I've ever eaten! So tasty. There was a good selection of most things. I was keeping an eye on what I ate so I sadly avoided all things bread and ate the salmon, cheese and fruit. The kiwi especially was great! The breakfast room had a superb original wall which was great. Everything about this accommodation was totally top notch!
Negative: Nothing! The hill at first. BUT.... for me, as difficult as it was, to see the houses and gardens overlooking the gorgeous views of the sea..... For me... The struggle was worth it!
