Summary: The Kirkwood was quiet and relaxing.It was great to arrive at the house with the air-con on .Only thing missing is ceiling fans in the bedrooms.Everything else was good.

Summary: The overall assessment is great. There were some frustrating disappointments; 1 bbq dirty on arrival , we cleaned it twice 2. Tv very frustrating, could not watch Netflix or Stan 3 only one small soap in bathroom 4 internet slow or cutout 5 no coffee plunger, pod machine great but only a few pods. We brought ground coffee but no plunger there’s a dripalater which belongs in the 1970s 6 To teapots but no looseleaf tea Apart from these small things the place is really great
