Negative: Nothing to dislike about the place . Close to Rutters, Strasburg pizza, Beer distributor. That covers it am I right

Positive: It's good and laid back. Room is nice, clean and comfortable. Decent price. No pest problems.

Negative: You can hear everything in the hallway outside my room. No landline telephone in room. The sofa in my room is less like a pull out sofa bed and more like a futon. It says no pets and there are definitely dogs here, which I don't mind except for barking in the hallway. The property's ability to treat sidewalks and parking lots before a snowstorm, and then not plowing as much as possible so that when you shovel out your vehicle, you have clean road to continue to get out. The phone communication with anybody is hard to understand because of the phone I think, and not the accent.

Positive: It was a nice room for the price . The heat felt amazing and the hot water was very hot.

Negative: It could have been cleaned better. When we first walked in, looked like it wasn’t vacuumed. Then we did some deep cleaning of our own and you should have seen the trash and dirt underneath the tv stand and behind sofa bed.

Positive: The location was great.

Negative: The bathroom needed many repairs and looked bad. There was a drill bit in the tub. I left it there. I stepped on it when I was in the shower and scared me because I thought I cut my foot. I didn't. The towel rack was not very secure. The shower head was on a spray and broken, so I couldn't change the setting. The chain lock on the door was broken, so I had to put a chair in front of the door to make me feel better. The pillows weren't comfy at all. The heater didn't seem to work well, and the cold air poured in the windows so bad it blew the blinds! The only place it was warm was in the bathroom. I will not be staying there again until they fix everything.
